Contemporary Research on Organization Management and Administration
BUEM is co-publisher of CROMA International Scientific Journal.
The objective of CROMA journal is to encourage discussion on current challenges and experiences of contemporary organizations in private, public and non-governmental sectors between researchers and practitioners of various areas of organizations’ performance from territorial as well as from international regions. Manuscripts of organizations’ managing, administration and development are welcome.
Annual peer-reviewed research paper journal CROOMA publishes original research papers, experience and case analysis, and doctoral thesis and book reviews.

Seeking high scientific quality and practical significance of papers, CROMA journal uses a double-blind review process for all submissions. If amendments to the submitted manuscript are suggested by reviewer, authors must make necessary amendments or present a reasoned answer to the comments of the reviewer.
Submissions prepared by teams of authors representing different sectors and combining both interdisciplinary theoretical and evidence-based practical perspectives are most valued.
